Homes NSW New Maintenance Contract – Opportunity for Social Housing Tenants to help.

Homes NSW is asking for Social Housing Tenants who are willing to attend Tenant Engagement & Consultation Session which will be held on a monthly basis, commencing in March 2024.

The Sessions will last 1 – 2 hours and will include the opportunity for tenants to participate in various activities, receive information on the New Maintenance Contract, provide your view and opinion around the delivery of maintenance services.

Tenant Engagement & Consultation includes:

• Focus groups, online and face to face meetings

• Presentations and demonstrations, with opportunities to provide feedback

• User testing, provide your own experience

Homes NSW say that with genuine engagement and consultation, Social Housing Tenants can work with Homes NSW to deliver a successful Contract and provide continuous improvements for the benefit of all Tenants across NSW.
